What will we discuss during the consultation?+
We will ask about your current situation, your thoughts on marriage, and what you are looking for in a partner. You are also welcome to ask us anything about Luna Bridal or the process.
Is my privacy properly protected?+
We manage the personal information you share with us with great care and do not disclose it to others without a lawful basis. We believe that confidentiality is the foundation of trust with our members.
I don't want my family to know I've joined a marriage agency.+
We will not contact anyone other than you without your permission. We also respect each member's preferences for how we communicate.

Yes, you can. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months according to your needs, and your monthly fee will also be suspended during that time.
How long does a marriage search usually take?+

Can I join from another prefecture, or from overseas?+
Of course. We welcome members from across Japan as well as people living overseas.
Does Luna Bridal offer support for international marriages?+
Yes. Luna Bridal is a marriage agency based in Japan. In addition to matchmaking services within Japan, we also support marriages that cross nationalities and cultures. Our matchmaking is not built around pairing any particular nationality or gender combination. Instead, we focus on each member's views on marriage, life plans, and the wishes of both people, helping you find a partner you can build a long-term life with. People living overseas are also welcome to contact us. Eligibility for membership and the services available will be confirmed case by case, in line with the relevant laws and regulations.
